Since updating to marshmallow on S6 the user manual in settings has changed from English to Italian can it be changed back to English ?

If it changed your region then yes, change your region back to the one that reflects where you are.

How do I change the region have gone through settings cannot see anything reGarding region

Thankyou for prompt reply,my language and input is on u.k I went to link and seen instructions in English but is there anyway that you can change the user manual in settings back to English if I save the page it only goes into download file I was hoping to change the manual in settings which still shows up in italian

try restarting the phone or clearing cache. i am guessing somehow the phone picks up italian as your set language. also make sure date and time and time zone is set to auto if you are using a uk sim card. was the phone bought from italy or ebay maybe?

Have cleared cache and checked time zone all okay, the phone was purchased in an uk store and fitted with a EE SIM card , I changed the language to Italian and when I checked user manual in settings it was in English so I assume it is a google or Samsung mistake that needs re rectifying there must be other users who have noticed this,I have downloaded English version and bookmarked so can see if need but would still be nice to acctualy have manual in English in settings. Thankyou for all your advice maybe the error will be righted in the future

Mine has done the same thing. All my settings are OK.
I downloaded the pdf file for the manual and saved it to home screen.works well.
I guess we will have to live with the Italian version

There must be a lot of phones with the wrong manual probably most people have had no reason to look at manual,I am surprised google haven't noticed this assuming it is down to google
