Massive failure!

I tried, and tried is the key word here, to root my phone, Droid Pro XT610, but instead I majorly screwed it up. I cant get past the boot menu and it just keeps flashing the "Code Corrupt" Battery Low, Cannot Program on the boot menu. Have I gone and screwed up my phone beyond repair? Isnt there a way to do some sort of master reset? I did back everything up on my lap top, but I dont know where to go from there. PLEASE, PLEASE help me. :'(
