Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 Tablet - 8'' Display - 32GB Storage (2019)
No Carrier
OS Version: Android 9.0 Pie
Problem: After the most recent security update, dated April 1, 2021 (version T290XXU3BUE1 / T290OXM3BUC1), I have a 90% crash rate for all my apps, and have very weak and almost non-functional WiFi. Google Chrome won't even open anymore, it's just a black screen. Same with YouTube. The only working apps are Internet Explorer, Facebook Messenger, and Discord. And I have multiple WiFi networks I can connect to that all produce the same problem, so I know it's not specific to my home internet. I've disconnected/reconnected several times to no avail. Everything was fully functional and working fine until this specific update, and it's made the tablet next thing to unusable.
