Mate 10 Pro Battery Life vs Xperia XZ1 Compact

I have a Xperia XZ1 Compact and I hate the screen resolution (it's only 720p). So I was going to sell it for a Mate 10 Pro, but would the battery life be better or worse. Also if I put the Mate 10 Pro into FHD Mode do icons and text look blurry like on my Xperia??

The mate 10 pro has the best battery life out of any phone.
You will not be disappointed, i have the mate 9 and get constant 7hr sot on mid heavy days, that's impressive, so the M10 Pro will be better.
