Mate 9 and Fitbit

I have recently got a Mate 9 and I'm totally loving it. The only issue that I have is that it doesn't seem to sync my fitbit automatically (like my LG G5 did). I have to remember to open the fitbit app and tap to sync. If I forget I can sometimes find it hasn't synced for a few days.

I have reset both the phone and the fitbit and nothing.

Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions as to how to get it to sync automatically?

nope. just make sure it's already synced to your device and you should be good.
