Mate 9 data falling back since Oreo

Hi

Since I updated my phone to Oreo it keeps falling back/prefers 3g to 4g but in the area I get full 4g if I restart the data connection.

Anyone else has this issue.. And with this region I can't force 4g

Think ive fixed it.. Uninstalled a few recently added apps.. Only thing I can think of is they were calling something not sure why.. As when I call someone it drops to 3g now since I removed the apps 4g for hours now

That's spooky. Maybe a carrier issue with that app?
