Matte finish screen protectors help w/Evo outdoors?

Anyone have an opinion on this? Several reviews are saying it's "barely usable" outdoors - I started another thread about the Evo outdoors, but I'm specifically asking about the matte vs. clear vs. mirrored screen protectors - since it would eliminate the glare, wouldn't that, in effect, make the screen more viewable outside? I've also seen "privacy" screen protectors.. just wanting opinions on each, and pics if anyone has them!

Keep in mind the matte finish will make your screen look a bit fuzzy... Just something to think about.

Thanks for the reminder..I've actually been going with no protection... I have an ipod touch and I toss that thing in my purse all day long... not a single scratch. My Evo has it's own special pocket in my purse so I'm really even less worried about it. I don't like what I've been reading about these protectors installed using water either...

I've also decided to go with a matte protector since my friend's iPhone has one and I love it. Question is...which did you choose? Where can I find one for the Evo?
