I did the Samsung promo for the 256 GB card, and got the card. I did not get/use a loaner. I swapped the phone out last week Tuesday(9/27/16) but received no paperwork, T-Mo did it as a warranty swap. I bought the phone in late Aug and the promo site only has Sept & Oct as selectable months.

So no go on the Free VR? :'(

I did a swap thru tmo too. Check in your documents section and you should see a receipt with a new purchase date. If you did an eip or jod it will be in there as well. That's what I used for the promo.

I really wish I had gotten a gear fit 2 the first time around. If I had known there was going to be a recall I definitely would have. Oh well, Samsung still did a good job with all of these promos in my opinion.

Got tracking number for my replacement Promo Gear VR; however still waiting for my original Gear Fit 2 approved on 8/22 to ship! Prizelogic officially sucks!

If you swapped the phone, you should be able to get documentations in your Account History at MyTmobile site. Use that as your September receipt along with the new IMEI and Wi-Fi Mac address of the new phone.

promotion IMEI issues...

Just entered my N7 info online on the promo site and it went perfect. Now I clicked on add another and started adding my fiance S7 and it is telling me the IMEI number is wrong? She has the phone so I took the IMEI number off the box and called her for the IMEI mac number.

Any ideas? Thank you

Yes. You have to use a computer, not there app

You mean - you called her for the 'Wi-Fi Mac Address'?
Why don't you let her get a screen shot of those numbers and tell her to send it to you just to make sure you have the right numbers.

Didn't know that feature was there from T-Mo

I have the Innovator Edition that only works with the Note 4, when I upgraded to the Note 5 last year and found out it was not compatible....I was really disappointed. I think VR is an area that Sammy owns with the Gear VR, once they get some killer games & apps.

Yes. Not uncommon for them to print up the lable. FedEx will probably show movement on it tonight and you may see it by Wednesday. Just my experience from previous.

I'm exactly on the same situation. But I don't worry about it. We didn't pay for an overnight shipping. We should get it by Wed or Thurs. Companies generate tracking numbers before the shipment and awaiting delivery carrier pick-up so actual delivery date can change.

Take the IMEI number from the phone. Believe it or not, the IMEI can differ in the last one or two digits between the box, the reciept and the phone itself, because of how/when they are generated/recorded. But the phone is the most accurate.
