maximum Samsung Credit via the Shop Samsung app?

For anyone who pre-ordered an S22 Ultra via the Shop Samsung app, if you did NOT do the "reservation" prior to the pre-order, did the app offer you $250 in Samsung Credit, or just $200? (I know the Samsung website, rather than the app, only offers $200.)

Or, if you DID do the reservation thing, did the app offer you $250 Samsung Credit in addition to the $50 for the reservation, or did the app's $250 include the reservation $50?
 
I did the reservation. After signing in to my account and on the order page where you pick the phone, the memory, etc., I believe it stated at the top $200.00. However, after choosing the phone, how to pay, etc., the next page was accessories and at the bottom it stated $250 and the accessories I ordered were; $149.00 and $99.00; totaling $249.98. Showing a balance left of $.02.
 
Actually both. The first time I went on I ordered the green ultra, then within a few minutes changed my mind so I went in and canceled and ordered the maroon one. First order on app, 2nd on website on my laptop. As long as you're logged in, it'll work.
 
I'm pretty sure for the website you need to have reserved, in order for the value to change from $200 to $250 but that didn't show up immediately the same time as launch of orders. For the Samsung app, I think ti's always $250.

I initially ordered on the Samsung App because it said $250. It wasn't until I got my email that I got the extra $50 did it show up on the website for me. Your reserve does not appear to affect what you get on the Shop Samsung app.

I did not wait for the Samsung email that stated it was time to order my device per reservation. In the past, I always clicked the link in the email to get the 50.00 reservation credit. I didn't receive it without using the link. I tried it both ways.

This year I was hesitant to wait for the email, which arrived the day after I ordered. I wondered if I would have waited & ordered through the email link if I could have received the 250.00 (which included the app only 50.00 bonus) & the reservation bonus 50.00.

It would have been nice to get a total of 300.00, but I'll never know now.

I can tell you that you won't get $300 total either way. I actually had to cancel my app order and reorder again AFTER I got that email and the bonus was the same $250. On the website, it was also $250 after I got that e-mail. No $300 so you didn't miss out on anything.
