maxx hd's rear camera

hello all. considering an upgrade to the maxx hd. looking at the rear camera on the maxx hd, it looks like it is completely flush with the back of the phone. i like to carry my phones naked (no case) and was wondering if you all who own it think that will be a problem with scratching of the lens cover. i have had a standard razr before and that camera setup was very cheap and scratched easily. any opinions would be appreciated. thanks in advance

The camera is slightly recessed into the metal square you see around it. I don't know what kind of glass covers it, though. Would be nice if it were the Gorilla Glass to help avoid scratches.
