I posted on XDA and no one knows how to respond. I just ran the 1.22 RUU and now im stock unrooted but don't have the stock recovery. Tried cmd window flashing and still no stock recovery. How am I supposed to install this so I can do the OTA update to 2.13?

Because when you run a RUU you flash the phone back to factory settings. you can go into settings and check for a firmware update now and it will install

Let me add more to my story, When I ran the RUU I went back to stock unrooted but the stock recovery did not install. I tried to flash it through cmd prompts and I get that it flash successfully but all I get is a phone with a red triangle and a exclamation mark where the recovery should be. When I try to install the update it only reboots. I am S-ON Hboot 1.15. I have tried RUU with a relocked bootloader, someone on xda told me to unlock it and try it, that did not work, then someone says reroot and try it. that did not work.

your phone should download the OTA and install it. it should ask if you want to install now or later and it should be all automatic

I was S-ON until last week with hboot 1.19 and I was able to. Any reason he can't? He'd just have to flash the kernel after the ROM. This works great for that...[PROGRAM]boot.img Flasher v1.2.1 | Updated 10.5.12 - xda-developers

Because with s-on you are not able to write to certain partitions that need to be accessed. as a rule with s-on you need to relock your bootloader run a RUU ,take the OTA , unlock your bootloader (if possible) reinstall a custom recovery.
I think you maybe be getting confused between software and firmware,

You are completely correct. I wasn't thinking about the radio updates, just the ROM and kernel. My bad, it's early! Lmao
