md5sum doesn't match ?

So I recently flashed Code Name Android And had a few issues so decided to restore one of my backups. I've restored this same backup many times without problems but this time I was told the sum doesn't match. Any ideas?

try wiping cache, dalvik, and data and then try again.

You might have renamed it. I heard that causes issues
