hopefully somebody can help with this. I've searched all over and can't find anything.
the problem is, at some point while using the phone, all audio get stuck coming through the ear speaker instead and nothing comes through the external speaker. This also affects audio volume and quality through headphones as it is being recognized as coming through the ear speaker so it's a lot quieter, mono, and very dull.
I'm not sure exactly when it happens. But it seems to be after a phone call while using headphones. But I'm pretty sure it happens at other times too.
the logic seems to be that at some point the phone switches audio to the ear speaker and then can't discern between any audio sources and forces them all through the ear speaker instead of recognizing the audio source and channeling it too the correct speaker.
the only way I can get it to use the right speakers again is to restart the phone. Obviously that is way annoying when you have to do it multiple times a day just to hear audio properly.

I may be using incorrect terminology, so any help with that would be rad so that people can find this thread.
