I have an Oppo CPH1951 phone. Recently I have found that any media file I try to play suddenly pause for no reason at all. I can click "play" but 5 seconds later it just pauses again. It's made watching any media near impossible. I can't even think where to try to solve this problem. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks B Diddy for your time. With or without head phones. And it happens with any form of media. Very frustrating.

I knew this was going to be a nightmare. Can't boot the phone into safe mode with the description given. So now I'm trying to solve a problem so I can solve a problem. Any more suggestions? Thanks.

Check and see if you have any power saving modes or those apps able be put to sleep

Setting>App Management> doesn't that to me to an "installed" option. It just takes me to my list of apps. I uninstalled two third party apps I used to download youtube videos and the problem still happening. Thanks for everyone's help.

Do you have a screen protector on? If so, that can sometimes increase the risk of phantom touches. Try taking it off if present.

Probably that version of You Tube is not official uninstall it.

Ok, and you haven't otherwise noticed phantom touches elsewhere, correct?

Can't uninstall Youtube. Force stopped it and the problem is still there.
Look at that list again see other suspicious apps downloaded like you mentioned previously, also reboot the phone since uninstall the other 2 apps

Now we'er on to something! I turned the bluetooth off and the problem has goes away but as soon as I turn the bluetooth back on again the problem returns.
