media pics in text

My phone used to send media pics in texts and now won't let me. I also can't receive them either. I have gone thru all the settings. Am I overlooking something?

Welcome to Android Central! First, is your mobile data turned on, and are you connected succesfully to the web? MMS requires mobile data.

Second, have you checked to make sure your APN settings are correct? Search the web for "[your carrier] APN settings," and compare them with the ones in your phone.
