Media Scanner

Noticed this the other day and figured I'd ask: Has anyone else noticed that, when starting up the phone, the media scanner will go through the "Scanning....completed" routine 2 or 3 times? I don't remember my epic always doing this and was wondering if it was something that I did on my end.

Mine does the same thing. Not just when I turn it off. Also when I take the memory card out. (I still haven't been able to directly connect my phone to the computer.)
