Did you try to tap on it in that view? Should provide more info on the next screen and, if appropriate, provide a 'Force stop' button.

Usually a corrupt media file. Try moving all you media files from you sd storage to your computer and see if it goes away.

This has always been up high on the list for me and I'm completely stock. Not sure exactly what it is.

Uh, guys. That's the process that runs whenever you listen to music or look at pictures. Its what reads the media files in the OS. If you ever listen to music or look in the gallery it'll show up.

Yeah, I figured that out. I stream a lot to my car stereo so that's where it was coming from.
