AT&T Galaxy S8 Media streaming to car Bluetooth

Since Oreo, when I switch car radio to streaming of my phone’s music, I am getting the message that my device is paused. I see no setting to be changed on the car’s audio, and none on the phone.

Anyone else experiencing this, or have a fix?

There are no firmware updates, and same thing happens on both of my cars .
