media volume issues

Sometimes my media volume turns on very loud when that could be a problem.
One solitaire game with ads suddenly displays a video ad at high volume.
How can I control the volume of media sound without any application being able to override?
Smart actions do not control media volume?

I have never see or heard of an app that can change the Media volume on a device. I like using an app called AudioManager that can display graphically what all my sound setting are set to and easily click on the widget to go in and change any of my specific sound settings like Alarm, Media, Alerts, Ringer or System Volume... they call all have different volumes.
