Android Note 20 ultra 5G having sound volume issues

Since the day I got my phone a few months ago I have had issues with the sound doesn't matter if I'm on speaker if I'm regular phone or if I'm playing music from media it does what it wants some calls will be really high and they'll hear me some calls will be really low and I can't hear them no matter how high I turn the volume up Bluetooth no Bluetooth it doesn't matter it works on all of it when I play my bluetooth media through my car it's not as high as the car volume and it should be higher cuz it's it's right there if there's no interference does anybody know if I have some settings that I'm unaware of I've done my boost I've done my testing my ears I've done everything that I know to do

One thing you can check in your pull down notification panel is if Dolby Atmos is toggled on , can long press the icon to go into it's settings also . Another thing make sure battery saver is not on it can reduce volume that's also located on pull down notification panel.Screenshot_20210801-141315_SoundAlive.jpg

Update, after much aggravation, many many visits to ibteakifix... Samsung requested I mail then the office for repair. I had to buy a phone in order to do this because they don't offer loaners. When I got the phone back, the icky thing repaired was the camera glass. Which they broke. It was perfect when Inmailed it. No hardware repair etc. I can't list all the issues I'll be here till next week. So we made arrangements for a replacement. The replacement is finally here and after 3 days it's starting to experience the same problems. Please do not let anyone you know but the Samsung's Note 20 ultra 5g. I'm over of many having issues. The major ones are no connectivity whatsoever just spins and spins and spins and spins and says something went wrong the screen goes black for hours at a time it won't play music when it does it cuts it off in 30 seconds and the sound is random erratic and horrible

Sorry you had this issue, buy Note20U been excellent device for me and others

What carrier do you have? How is your signal strength (mobile or WiFi) where you are using this device? Do other devices work in the same area with the same SIM? Have you asked your carrier for a new SIM? Does the same thing happen whether you use mobile data or WiFi? Are you using the cell network or WiFi calling when the sound is bad?
