To give more detail: how I ran my Ambassador meetings was I went over any old business first, as a refresher for those that attended the prior meeting and it gave a way for others to catch up, so to speak. My notes usually are fairly detailed, and the only thing that may be missed in a video call is any elaboration on points that I make.
My outline (for Ambassador meetings, at least):
1. Old business
2. New business
3. Senior Ambassador (it's only fair I give my XO a few minutes each meeting to bring up points he'd like to be seen addressed)
4. Moderators (if any are attending, same as above)
5. Questions/Concerns (basically opening the floor to anyone attending to bring anything up)
I'll follow the same format. It has worked well so far, I see no need to change it.
Need help with the programHowdy folks!
It has become apparent to me that we need a dedicated team leader to manage and grow our Trusted Member program. Someone with a keen eye and passion for the group, someone that can work closely with me and take the reigns us to new heights!
With that, I'd like to introduce Joe (you may know him as @Golfdriver97 here in the forums) as your new Trusted Member team leader! Joe is going to work with me to ensure we have the right people on the team, we remain active, and help manage special TM-only projects as they come in the door.
Speaking of which, there might just be a new project around the corner... more on that next week
Have a great weekend, and please join me in welcoming @Golfdriver97 as your new team lead!
More to come!
Welcome to Android Central! It's unclear what you mean by this. In any case, this is a very old thread that I'm going to close, since it's not relevant now. If you have a question, please post it in the Ask A Question forum, and make sure to include much more detail. Thanks!Need help with the program
