See if there's a icon in your pull down notifications panel

I checked that. I think I got it now. The private space only works for gallery items (I was expecting a whole new user account) . I added a photo to private space, and the pin I set was able to view it.

Moved some pics to private in itel vision 1 and now i can't find where can i accsess them

I moved some images to private now in my new Itel vision 1 and the phone haven't asked for any pin too and now i don't know how get those images back or access them i can't find any option for private mode
Please help!

WE have previously had this question and were unable to answer. It's best to contact the manufacturer for support

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with Galactic Zoo. It sounds like Itel doesn't implement this very well, so best not to use this feature for important photos.

I think OP means they put the photos in private mode, and now can't figure out how to see them in private mode. This is one of the more common questions that seems to crop up about Itel phones. I guess their documentation is pretty terrible.:-\

It uses a password to access it? Or you don't know how you moved your private stuff, your the owner of the device?

Privacy folder issue, not showing contents after entering it.

im failing to access my to access my privacy folder.o have just set the pin,verified with fingerprint and added a photo there but when i am trying to visit the folder it is absolutely displaying not a thing
