Memo restore

I just learned that my smartphone doesn't backup my memos. All other data backups fine. I went to Samsung account and can see my memos account but I can't restore any memos. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

In case you refer to memos created by the default memo application by Samsung, you can back those up using Samsung Smart Switch.
