Memory Card

I have 128gb SD card and I put all my pictures and videos on there 2 days ago, I tried to take a picture yesterday and it auto formatted on its own and today I was trying to take pictures & videos and it kept popping up with different errors

Is there any fix for this ??

What do you mean it auto-formatted? The SD card wiped itself? Chances are that the card is faulty or corrupt. Where did you get it from? Try running SD Insight to make sure it's what it says it is.
