Can I use this memory card? I come from apple and we don't use me at all.

Many have reported that 128 GB cards work. Just buy from a good reliable place. Some cards are faked. I can't really see the maker of that card you posted.

Welcome to Android. Yes you can use the micro SD card. You won't need the adapter for the tablet but may need it for your laptop or desktop. My advise is to install the micro SD card into the tablet and format it there before using it. You can install it then go to settings > general and down to storage. Tap on storage and it will show the internal storage and will show the SD card. You should have an option to format the card. Tap on that to format. Only do this if there is no data on the SD card that you want to keep. Formatting will wipe it clean.
