memory question

i installed cm7 and about a month later my storage changed from internal and sd card to include sd card internal memory and emmc(mounted as a second sd card) and now none of my apps will install or restore. Which now brings me to my question is there a way to fix this be it the memory or a way to get the apps to install?

I had to go buy another memory card and i hated that i had to do that.

i can see the memory card but my emmc is also being shown as a memory card and in the build.prop it shows the emmc as an additional mount but i did not set it that way
