Menu and Back button

My menu and back button are either got disable or not working. Is there any way to enable them or fix them. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

It depends on the phone. It could be something as simple as a loose connector from the bar that they're all on to something more complex. Usually people either troubleshoot problems like that by themselves or, if they can't, they bring the phone to a repair shop.
