Are you on Wi-Fi? There's a bug in the Asus messaging app that won't switch over to data to send or receive MMS.

You can try ChompSMS or Textra as well. You can select the fix for wifi calling (ignore that it sells tmobile) which will force it to mobile data to snag the MMS.

For more information about ASUS Messaging and FAQ's, please see the ZenUI app called ASUS Support under Apps/ASUS/Support/ZenUI Apps/Messaging. For troubleshooting assistance please select 'Assistance' within the same app. There are several helpful tips regarding basic troubleshooting techniques including 'Call & Message' issues.

Sincerely
Frank

Unfortunately, Frank, I did that and it wasn't helpful. Are you able to find out if a bug has been filed (or file one yourself) on this issue? Can you then let us know the status of any potential fix? Thanks.

Dear JPR & Benualson,

In order to submit this info to ASUS HQ and report a bug, please provide the following info to email below:
What's the Build # in settings?
Serial Number of the device?
And screenshots of error in Messaging or what you get?

Sincerely
Frank
