You can't change the outgoing sound for iMessage/SMS if that's what you're referring to. You can change the sound for sent Mail though. Settings>Sound & Haptics>Sent Mail.

No.Its a widget.

But the widget belongs to a particular messaging app. Since Google Messages doesn't have a widget, I'll assume it's the Samsung Messages app's widget.

I don't have a Samsung phone myself, so I can't look through the Samsung Messages menu options. Let's see if @mustang7757 or @SpookDroid can help.

What is OP looking for ? A woosh sound from sent text message? The same like iPhone ?

Or any kind of sent message notification tone. In the Google Messages app, there's a "Hear Outgoing Message Sounds" option in the main settings menu. I'd guess that there's something similar in Samsung Messages, but I can't be sure.

No nothing for sent messages in either one only default sound for alert

Textra has a setting for "play sent sound" which mimics your notification sound.
