MessageCs going above threshold

Can anyone tell me what MessageCs is since i have that and messages as apps under watchdog and messagecs keeps using 50% cpu where as messages only uses once is there anyway to stop it?

has to do with sync'n messages. If you are not using a sync you can always freeze the app.

Im sorry can you tell me what a sync message is? Why would i need to sync a message?
