messages app

i have android 10 on my pixel 1....all of the sudden I cannot recieve any text messages, but can send messages out.

how do I fix this?

Which carrier do you have? Have you checked to make sure your APN settings are correct? https://www.androidcentral.com/what-apn-and-how-do-i-change-it

Also, try clearing the cache from the Messages app, then Force Stop it in Settings>Apps​.
