Messages Not Downloading?

Note 8 on TMobile using Android Messages. Is anyone else having messages time out or expire? It been happening since at least last Friday.

As in you go to send one and it just sits there circulating (little circle spinning)

incoming messages aren't downloading. They say expired or no longer available.

Are you on WIFI when this is happening? Have you tested checking your email with WIFI on and off?

It's text messages. and I'm using Android Messages. I've tried rebooting, toggling wifi (happens when on mobile and wifi data).

i have T-Mobile in California and i do not use the stock messaging app. i use the Mood for messaging and i have no issue sending/receiving text.

can you perhaps provide a screen shot to show your issue?
