Messages of Android Wear problem

Does anyone have luck using this app? Whenever I get a text message on my watch, this app never gives me a notification and only comes through Textra. Any idea how to get the app to give me a notification card on my watch?

Usually you would select in settings for notifications turned on in the app.

Both boxes are checked for cards and go sync

Figured it out... The app sucks! Lol uninstalled the app and got my money back. I'm using Wear Messenger flawlessly and at half the price.
