Messaging does NOT work in call logs??

Anyone experiencing the same issue? or it is just my phone?
Swift to the left on a log record, or pressing the messaging button from the Call logs doesn't do anything.

Sorry seems to work fine on my unlocked imported from Chile version (running in English).
