Messaging in Samsung Galaxy Grand

Is there any option to keep messages limit for outgoing messages (Sent messages). I mean if i reach 250 messages in a month it should populate some message that you have reached the limit for this month like warning message.
How can i check how many messages sent for this mobile (For Sim 1 and sim 2 separately).

There's no way without installing a third party application if there's no more answers on this thread I would just search the forums or Web as there will be a person with the same question.
