Messaging not working

Hi Team,

I got my Nexus 4 from my friend in singapore, Now I settled in India. Till my phone get upgrate to 2.3 version everything was fine but now I am not able to send messages.

I reached neareast LG nexus service centre they confirmed that Hardware needs to be changed. Even time is not getting update, as soon as I lock the screen time will get slow down, I do checked all the sttings but I am not successfull, Kindly check and assist how do I need to go about it.

You answered your own question, you need to send it in and get them to fix it. If it is indeed a hardware issue there will not be any tips or tricks to fix it.
