Messaging Problem

I have a problem, I looked on the forums and didn't see anything specific for me.

Just purchased a NOTE3 traded my S3 for it. first day text messages worked great the next day phone slowed down and wasn't sending text messages, I could turn the phone off and back on and they would send. I receive text messages no problem. So I cleared the cache and then did a hard reset worked great for 2 days then now it is back to acting up again. Any suggestions. I have 4.4.2. Thank you android central gods

Yes they stated to me it was my area, Which is odd because I have 4g and everything

So they confirmed it's a network problem? They probably mean it's a problem with how the network is working in the area, not the signal strength. If the problem persists for a while, I'd call them back and ask for some kind of credit, because that can be a big inconvenience for you as a customer.
