My mother currently uses my old phone. It's Messenger Lite. Things worked out like normal, but all of a sudden it's unable to send messages to anyone, instead repeating the error text in red: "Could not send message", no matter how many hard attempts at sending a message. The old phone's storage is decently big, I cleared Google Play Services, and it didn't seem to affect the app. It just happened suddenly. My mother suggests deleting many of my files, which I take as an absolute threat to any of the stuff I haven't backed up yet, and a solution that begets nothing.
