I have been using the feature that allows me to run 2 separate messenger apps with different accounts. The second one seems to have disappeared. The feature is still activated in settings but when I go look for the app in the app drawer it is not there. It always used to show me 2 versions of the app but now only my main one. I can find no way to access the second copy now. I have tried turning off the feature and re-enabling it but it's the same. Anyone have any idea how to get access to my second copy?

The app Parallel Space allows you to have multiple accounts in the one app. Not sure if you're using something like that?

No it's a feature built into the Note 9.

Maybe secure folder? Probably also has dual SIM version

No not dual sim version. Just a standard AT&T carrier branded Note 9. I have 2 Facebook accounts. One I want kept totally separate from the other so I enabled the 2 apps function in the settings. Last night I tried turning the setting off and re-enabling it. The shortcut came back and worked perfectly until today. I just tried to load the app and the shortcut is whited out and it says target app cannot be found.

Just checked the secure folder and it's not there either.
