Met My Phone On Lock Screen

Found my phone hadn't woken me up with my regular scheduled alarm, realising it had obviously rebooted- It was on lock screen awaiting my PIN input.
I think I remember the phone having done this once before, at the time thinking it might be mobile network related (erratic network(s) and the like causing it to go into meltdown, and triggering the phone to clear its head by restarting)...
By the way, you'll notice I suggest networks plural, as my Note 9 is a DUOS dual sim version, and I have two sims functioning from different networks.
Anyway, as it also happens to be a Monday, the day for the weekly autorestart which is scheduled for 4.30am in the morning, I'm assuming this to be the reason the phone restarted and didn't get past the PIN lock screen?
It states the phone will auto restart within one hour of the time set. But with the PIN lock screen requiring further action, this effectively keeps the phone off in terms of functionality until I'm able to input my PIN and thus turn the device on.
Is there no option to bypass the PIN on startup, so it fully reboots back to idle?
Imagine I'm hogging my fair share of the 'New User with Note 9 problems' here. Guess it comes with the territory of a device with so many customisable options and fairly few limits, but please help.
My OCD well and truly kicking in at this point, as the phone isn't exactly the simplest to use or fully understand.

Many thanks.

What is your setting on the screen shown below?
