I have had them on previous phones and loved them. Anyone come across one yet for the Charge? would love to get rid of the plastic backer.

I don't see how it could, considering the stock one is flexible and snaps in place. It has to have flexible clips to snap into place, and the whole piece has to flex a bit to come off. But you never know, it would be nice. Maybe LiquidMetal would work?

I picked up a pair of Extended Battery Doors on Amazon for $3.99 each which was a pretty good deal. Samsung tends to go plastic (some call it cheap and flimsy) to conserve on weight and mfg. I would prefer a bit more rigidity, but it works.
