MI3 Tegra vs Snapdragon, which is better?

mi3 tegra vs snapdragon

My dad bought two mi3. one of them has tegra 4 and the other one small snapdragon 800.I can keep one. Which one should I keep?I know the tegra version's 3G won't work but I don't use 3G anyway. Which one is better in performance and for gaming?

That's a hard one for me since I like both.
But the Tegra would be my choice if it's more about gaming.

The Tegra version doesn't support any high speed data. The Snapdragon version supports HSPA+ 42. Also, the Tegra runs at 1.8GHz, the Snapdragon runs at 2.3GHz, so the Snapdragon version is probably faster for gaming (the HTC One GPE runs Snapdragon at 1.7GHz and is faster than the Mi3 Tegra).

Thanks. I am keeping the snapdragon one. I ran antutu on them both. Snapdragon got 41000 and tegra 36000.

I think Tegra is good for gaming (That's what everybody says....) but for me i think Snapdragon is better, because it's 'All-rounded", means good for gaming, and also supports highspeed data

I find that on many subjects in which I'm particularly knowledgeable, "what everybody says" is usually either not thought out or just plain wrong. "Common sense" is either uncommon or not very sensible. What's blatantly apparent is usually an illusion. As H. L. Mencken said, "For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple ... and wrong."
