Planning to buy a Sandisk Micro SD card but can't decide what speed to get. I'm sure I want at least 64GB capacity. I will be taking loys of photos and videos and will be using Magisto as a video editor which mean I will be uploading files to the internet.

Is it worth getting the Extreme Plus over Extreme or Ultra?

Hi Frank! What's the speed when you upload the photos online?

Is there any lag when editing/viewing a lot of photos and videos?

I transfered my 32gb class 10 Scandisk from my GS3 I've used for the passed 2-3 years. Simply removed and placed into the G3 and everything work perfectly.

SanDisk Extreme can transfer up 80mbps. Better for when recording HD Video or HD pics Class 10 of course

Yes I forgot to mention this they are on sale. 128 way too much for me. Hell 64 is too be the price I couldn't pass on.

Using a SanDisk 16gb I did not go crazy only going to put music and pics on it so I don't need anything on a pro level. That plus the 24gb the phone offers that is enough for me.

Are photos stored on a SD card still auto backed up by Google?

I had to do the KitKat SD card hack to get the phone to write to it (like downloads, etc). Wasn't expecting that.

Same with me.

Class 10 is ideal especially if you're taking videos or watching videos from memory card. Class 6 is OK also. But majority of all cards now these days are class 10.

I've always use sandisk and I have no issues. I will be picking up a 64GB for my G3 in the next few days.

Sent from my LG G3 (tapatalk)

I have a SanDisk 64, 32 and a Samsung 32GB cards, was considering getting a 128GB card but honestly I don't see a big need for it at the moment.
