The speaker at the top of my phone went really quiet. Turned out to be dust and crap in the speaker. I used a soft toothbrush to give it a little scrub and used a small pin to unplug the holes the toothbrush could clear.
Worked great.
Be careful not to scrub too hard or too hard a brush as you dont want to scratch the screen
