Microphone on keyboard

I like to use the microphone talk to text but when I go to do a Google bar search or search right in chrome at the address bar, the microphone is not present on my keyboard. Instead that microphone is on the search bar. Which is fine I suppose but then that creates an annoying voice response with my search result. So how do I either : get the microphone to always be present. Or silence the voice that comes up with a search. And if I silence Google voice will it also be silenced when I use Google assistant? I'd want voice then.

No voice on my search from the bar just a beep then waiting for my response, not sure if I turned that off or if that's just the way it is

The voice is after I search. She starts reading the results of the Google search. Very annoying. How do I turn that off ?
