Microphone problem after Marshmallow update.

Ever since I upgraded my Nexus 5 to Marshmallow, I have problems with the microphone during calls. When others call me, they cannot hear me but I can hear them. It only happens once every 7 or 8 calls but it's very annoying. I also noticed it only happens when I received calls, not when I make the call.
I'm seriously thinking going back to Lollipop.
Anyone else has this problem?

I have the same problem! But I can only hear them if I put on the speaker. They can not hear me. I have galaxy s4. This happened every time. I tried switching to stock dialer, but still the same problem. Phonecall is the most important when having a phone, so this is so bad.
