Microphone volume

I'm trying to use my new S7 with Skype or Zoom. Microphone volume seems pretty low. I even tried a recorder app and had similar results.

Does anyone else have problems with microphone volume? It can't be adjusted, can it?

Make sure nothing obstructing the mic ? Case , stickers or dirt
