microsd unable to read

I was trying to move some music to my sd card via the adapter...but my iMac says unable to read. any suggestions? any other way to get my music to sd card?

Can you upload to Google drive and then download. Or use a PC.

Did you format it using the S4?

I got that too after using the S4 to format it. I got a message saying my new SanDisk Ultra 64GB is damaged. It recommended formatting it so I did.

Use DISK UTILITY and format it to MS-DOS (FAT) or ExFat, if you want to transfer files larger than 4GB.
