Microsoft Outlook and Calendar Sync Tool

Does anyone know if an app exist that will allow a user to sync their Android phone to a desktop PC outlook mail and calendar?

This syncs Outlook with Google, not your phone (but you can then sync Google with your phone). The one thing I like about this is you don't have to have your phone. (ie log into the work computer from home and sync it).

This is for the HTC EVO, I noticed it is only for contacts and calendar, no tasks.
