Microsoft suing Motorola for droid patent infringement

Just saw this story :

Microsoft files patent suit against Motorola over Android - Oct. 1, 2010

Apparently MS is suing Moto for being able to sync email, contacts, schedule meetings, notifying signal strength, etc. Firstly how did M$ patent these things when they weren't the first smartphone and second which on-the-take patent clerk gave them the sole right to do this when so many others already were. I already hated patent trolling but this one is an obvious issue of jealousy. Moto has a bigger D(roid) than M$

MS Is just angry that the KINS sold like 1000 phones after a month and the droid x sold like 50,000 in one week and was on backorder from the launch day to late september

i dont think they even sold 1000 did they? lol

microsoft is just trying to stumble motorola before wp7 drops so they have a somewhat of a shot.
